YG Entertainment recently opened a new restaurant complex in Myeongdong, Seoul called YG Republique. It has 3 sections: 3 Birds Coffee and Kitchen (cafe), K-Pub, and 삼거리푸줏간 (Korean BBQ). My friend and I were looking for a meal so we ate in the pub. The decor in all three sections is very industrial and offers an interesting atmosphere to eat in.

The prices are a bit on the expensive side, but they offer a wide range of food, including Western and other Asian cuisine. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and we didn’t finish everything, but what we did finish was delicious. I ordered Shrimp with Egg Noodles and my friend ordered a Pulled Pork Sandwich with Fries and a Blue Lemonade. We also ordered an appetizer of Macaroni and Cheese. Our total came out to around $40 USD.

Since the complex is owned by YG, we were able to watch music videos and listen to music by the company’s artists while we ate. Whether you are a fan or just want to eat good food, I definitely recommend visiting YG Republique.
